Product & Availability

1. When will this item be back in stock?

As soon as possible! We want you to be happy, and we want you to love our products! Although we don’t have specific dates, our manufacturing team is currently working hard to replenish our inventory. Please check back often!

2. Why are there limited color options for every design?

We build one-of-a-kind products. We sadly cannot adjust every design with every color, but we are open to every bit of advice – just fill out the contact form and feel free to make your suggestions. 



3. How can I find what I'm looking for on your website?

Go to the search bar and type whatever you are looking for. If in the end, all the items listed are not on your list, then send us a mail. Our advanced team of hawkeyed experts is ready to hop on your case.

4. Can I change the size and color of the products?

Sadly not every product is available in different sizes and colors but we work on it. We will take note on every product that is not available anymore and will update as soon as we are done forging your perfect and desired product.

5. Why do the products I received look slightly different than the ones showcased on your website?

Each product is 100% handcrafted and truly unique. Computer screens can also render colors differently. We hope you love the special product we made just for you!

Please note: Due to the manufacturing process of our products, we have an allowable size variation of 5% in width and 7% in length for all our products.

Order & Shipping

2. How can I pay for my order?

We accept PayPal and cryptocurrencies. We are also currently considering cute kittens as a valid form of payment – stay tuned!

3. Why is there an error when processing my PayPal payment?

The most common issue is that PayPal blocks transactions that have an unapproved shipping address. If you change your shipping address to match your billing address, it should allow completion of your order.

4. Why was my order flagged?

Something didn’t look quite right to our robots, so our humans are going to double check the details of your order for anything amiss. We will contact you if there indeed is an issue.

5. Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

We process a ton of orders, and although you are very important and beautiful, we are not able to make any changes to an order once it has been processed and entered the big wide world of warehouse land. Make sure to confirm your order details (size, body style, billing and shipping addresses, etc.) before you checkout.

6. Why can't I log into my account to check the status of my order?

If you checked out as a guest, an account was not created! Send us an email, and we’ll happily give you a status update.

7. What happens if something I ordered goes out of stock and it can't be shipped to me?

In most cases, we will remove that item from the order and issue a refund for it.

Returns & Exchanges

1. How can I return or exchange something?

If you received your product less than 30 days ago, you can return it free of charge. Please click here and fill out our return form to start the return process.


We will be in touch within 24 hours with a prepaid shipping label that you can use to ship your product back to us.

2. I placed an order through a 3rd party retailer. Can I return or exchange with you directly?

If we didn’t make the sale, we can’t make the return or exchange! Please work directly with the company from which you purchased the item.

3. How do I return an item?

If you made a purchase directly through, please see our returns page. If you purchased a Milo Ray brand product through a 3rd party retailer (for example a seller on Amazon), you would be subject to their returns policy. Please reference the store that you purchased from for further details.

Are there special caring instructions?

Milo Ray Jewelry has been exclusively designed & created to meet the highest standards of quality. To ensure the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend the following:

  • Avoid contact with hairspray, perfume, water, bleaches & lotions
  • Avoid humidity, heat and overexposure to sun
  • Gently wipe your Milo Ray jewelry with a soft cloth to retain it’s shine
  • Semi-precious beads are natural stones and may vary in size, shape and color

Are there special caring instructions?

Milo Ray Leather Bags has been exclusively designed & created to meet the highest standards of quality. To ensure the beauty of your leather bags, we recommend the following:

  • Avoid contact with hairspray, perfume, bleaches & lotions
  • Avoid overexposure to water, heat and sun
  • Impregnate new leather handbags before the first use.
  • Refresh the impregnation every six to eight weeks.
  • Clean your leather bag before impregnating.
  • Use leather care products sparingly to prevent stains from forming.
  • Do not clean suede leather bags with water and liquid care products.
